Small-group roundtables
Online conversations focused on practical challenges people are facing in their organizations.
A peer community for people putting AI to work inside their organizations. We share real implementations—what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re still figuring out.
Practical peer learning. No hype. No sales pitches.
Putting AI into an organization raises practical questions about data, security, adoption, cost, and what happens when a promising pilot meets everyday work.
Those conversations are easier with peers who are working through the same decisions—and willing to talk about what didn’t go to plan.
We make room for specific questions and honest experience, without pretending anyone has the complete playbook.

LinkedIn conversation keeps useful questions and peer learning going between roundtables.
Talk about what you tried, what surprised you, what fell short, and what you’d do differently.
Bring a live question, a decision you’re weighing, or a lesson you learned the hard way.
We’re especially interested in people responsible for bringing AI into real organizations, and we welcome anyone genuinely doing or learning applied AI work.
Executives, VPs, directors, and others making decisions about how AI is introduced and used across teams.
Technical and business-side people working through implementation, governance, workflow, and change.
Share what you use when it’s relevant. Don’t use the community to sell products or services.
Roundtable discussions follow the Chatham House Rule: insights may be shared, but not who said them or where they work, unless they give permission.
Talk about the limitations, setbacks, and trade-offs alongside the things that worked.

Get involvedApplied AI Leaders is a peer community for people putting AI to work inside their organizations. We don’t claim to have all the answers; we want to learn from the people figuring it out in practice.
AI can create real value when it’s applied thoughtfully. Getting there takes more than a compelling demo: it takes attention to workflows, people, data, governance, costs, and the limits of the tools.
We’re interested in outcomes and experience. What did the team try? What changed? What didn’t work as expected? What would you do differently?
Applied AI Leaders was started by Dan Herman and Jaden Joner to create room for honest, practical conversation. Dan works at Gage Technologies; Jaden is the founder of Rabid. The community is independent of both companies, and its no-pitch rule applies to the hosts as well as members.
Get involved →Online roundtables are a place to discuss the practical decisions and complications that come with putting AI to work.
We’re shaping the format around discussion, not presentations. Bring a live challenge, a recent lesson, or a question you haven’t resolved.
Share a little context about your role and current applied-AI work so the hosts can understand what you’re looking for.
